Allen Sykes is a certified yoga instructor who has been teaching for over ten years and more than 5,800 classes. He teaches all levels from beginner to advanced, in a non-competitive, non-judgmental atmosphere allowing each student to reach their fullest potential. He lectures at hospitals, libraries and the American Cancer Society.

He is a disciple of Dharma Mittra,who is known as the Teachers Teacher and the creator of the world famous Master Chart of 908 Poses. 

 

Patricia Hudacsko Patricia has been practicing yoga since 1997. Having practiced with many world renowned teachers thru the years, she decided to embark on a formal training program to delve deeper into yogic philosophy and participated in a teacher training program where she was certified thru Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200 hour level. Patricia discovered thru her teacher training that she wants to share her love of the practice and has been teaching for over two years. Her philosophy is that yoga is for everyone regardless of age or physical condition; that yoga is not so much about the pose as it is an internal inquiry that allows us to go deep within to connect to something greater than ourselves. By taking the patience, acceptance and perseverance we use on the mat into our daily lives we truly learn to live our yoga, enriching our lives and the lives of those around us.

 

 

Anita Marie Conway: Anita is a retired police officer embarking on a new career. After practicing yoga for several years, Anita decided to take the Teacher's Training Course at Inner Light Yoga Center in North Brunswick and, under the guidance of Tarra Piparo Madore DC, E-RYT 500, expanded not only her knowledge of the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga, but also her own practice.  She is a certified yoga instructor, registered with Yoga Alliance and is certified in the Yoga Warriors program which, through yoga poses and breathing techniques, addresses the needs of those military personnel who suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.  Anita offers gentle, beginner, multi-level, vinyasa flow, Core Strength Yoga and restorative yoga

 

 

Tracy Ryan is a Certified Personal Trainer as well as a certified *MELT (Myofascia Energetic Lengthening Technique) Practitioner from The Body Language Institute, NYC.  She is also certified through AAAI/International Sports Medicine, and I share the love of movement in teaching Pilates, Yoga, and Cycling.

M.E.L.T* will teach you how to release tension in the low back and neck, energize your hands and feet, rebalance your postural alignment and start bringing your body back to an ideal state without surgery. 

 

 

 

Mary E. Tricario: Mary is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance trained in Hatha Yoga. She focuses on linking movement with the breath and letting the body speak to the mind. Mary also works with the connection between yoga and weight loss and helping people throughout their healthy journeys. As a real life example of successful weight loss, she has maintained a weight loss of over 50 pounds for over 5 years and has taken that knowledge to become a personal weight loss coach. Her story has been featured nationally in Weight Watchers Magazine and Weight Watchers Online and locally in The Home News & Tribune & Courier newspapers and is also very proud to be a Survivor Ambassador for the American Heart Association. In addition to this, Mary has been working on additional projects including the effects of yoga on veterans and victims of the 9/11 attacks  who suffer from PTSD and other ailments associated with traumatic events and is certified in the "Yoga Warriors" method. She is also very excited to bring "The  Groove Method" to Central New Jersey this summer encouraging more people to express themselves through movement and just have fun!
